He was predeceased by: his spouse Cleo Sinclair; and also Everett Sinclair. He is survived by: his children, Donna Whitaker (Glen), Glenna Drew (Larry), Joyce Kuhn (Daniel), Marvin Sinclair (Sheila) and Karen Wallace (Kenneth); his brother Velma Horton; and also, Mattie Miller and Hollis Sinclair.
