He is survived by: his children, Judy Horton (Loryn), Delmer Maxwell, Jr., Debbie Dillon (Bobby) and John Maxwell, Sr. (Tisha); and his siblings, Tricia Myers (Bobby), Brenda Williams, Cathy Greer (Charles), Elton Maxwell (Navonda), Dale Maxwell (Donna) and Bobby Maxwell (Jo Ann). He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren.
