She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Sepulvado and Elverna "Polly" Sepulvado. She is survived by: her husband James Ebarb of Zwolle, LA; her children, Rodney Ebarb of Baton Rouge, LA and Cheryl Ebarb of Zwolle, LA; and her siblings, Sande Sepulvado of Lake Charles, LA and Joseph C. Sepulvado of New Haven, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
