He is survived by: his wife Patricia Heath of Noble, LA; his children, Shaun Heath (Angela) of Lake Cicott, IN, John Gunter of Noble, LA and Leigha Gunter of Noble, LA; and his brothers, Lynn Heath of Monon, IN and Ed Heath (Ann) of Montocello, IN. He is also survived by five grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
