He is survived by: his wife Vivian Sepulvado of Noble, LA; his children, Carl Richard Sepulvado (Erica) of Winnfield, LA, Kelvin Bryan Sepulvado of Winnfield, LA, Laurie Regina Howell (Roger) of Winnfield, LA and Brandy Megan Sepulvado (Matt) of Winnfield, LA; and his siblings, Rita, Mary, Jerry, Freddy and Wesley. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
