She is survived by: her children, Edwin G. Preis, Jr. (Christine) of Lafayette, Phillip W. Preis (Terry) of Baton Rouge and Patricia Preis Thompson of Nacogdoches; and her grandchildren, Claire Elise Preis Colomb (Brian) of Lafayette, Meredith Preis Lalonde (Jonah) of Lafayette, Meghan Elizabeth Thibodeaux (Garett) of Lafayette, Phillip Preis, Jr. of Bronxville, Caroline Preis Graham (Eric) of Baton Rouge, Michael Preis of Austin, Jennifer Preis Pou (Gray) of Shreveport, Matt Thompson of Houston, Graham Thompson (Carolyn) of Shreveport and Dr. Ben Thompson (Pat) of Nacogdoches. She is also survived by 18 loving great-grandchildren.
