She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wilkins and Lillie Wilkins; and her husband James Wilmer Ramsey, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Janet Smith (Gerald) of Star, Brenda Fuller of Newellton, James W. Ramsey, Jr. (Cheryl) of Austin and Bruce Alan Ramsey (Frances) of West Monroe, Louisiana. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 38 great-great grandchildren, and one great-great-great grandchild.
Donations in memory of Mrs. Ramsey may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
