He is survived by: his wife Mary Phillips of Newellton; his children, Timmy Bower of Roanoke, WV, Randy Bower of Roanoke, WV, Karen Bower of Newellton and Scott; and his sisters, Rhonda Joyner (Keith) of West Monroe and Dorothy Phillips of Magnolia, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
