She is survived by: her children, Alvin Hartford (Monica), Darren Hartford (Tawana), Evelyn Roy (Eric Sr.), Dorothy Bailey (Curtis), LaRaunda Hartford (Thomas), Calvin Henry and Dondrea Lewis; her brothers, Willie McGee (Jaquelyn) and Cicero McGee (Diane); her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Smith, Audrey Henry and Peggy Cole; and her godchildren, Velma Latham Jaques, Deneen Stewart, Larry McGee and Treva Jones. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Matthew Baptist Church (1626 S Rampart St, New Orleans, LA 70113). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
