He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hagans, Sr. and Odeal Hagans Jordan; and his stepfather Sylvester Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hagans; his children, Curtis Hagans (Terry), Sharon Scott (Craig), Kenneth, Willie III and Eric Hagans; and his siblings, Gary Jordan (Rose), Constance Magee (Rushell) and Billie Jean Roussell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Burial will be private. Due to COVID-19, everyone attending is encouraged to wear masks and adhere to social distancing.
