He was predeceased by: his parents, William, Sr. McMillan and Dorothy Bundy Lloyd McMillan; his brother Richard Lloyd; and his daughter-in-law Vanessa Lloyd. He is survived by: his children, Wanda, Butch, Pamela and Kevin; his children-in-law, Gail Lloyd and Tommy Milligan; his grandchildren, William, Lloyd IV (Ariel), Darryl Spriggs (Ashley), Ronika Lloyd (Kevie), Brittney Martin (Dwight), Ashley and Kevin Jr.; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Greg, Amali, Denver, Kevie "Chachi", Dru, Kioni, Mahogany and Parker; his aunt Nita Mae Chirlow; and his goddaughter Desiree Francis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
