He is survived by: his significant other Sheila Faye Smith Preyan; his children, Dr. Wayne Mitchell Preyan, Jr., Pharm D. (Shirley), Lynesia Marie Preyan-Raymond (Atari) and Dr. Lynez Cecilia Preyan; his grandchildren, Atari Levar Raymond, Jr., Alysia Faye Raymond, Allison Cecilia Raymond, Wade Allen Preyan and Everly Faye Preyan; his siblings, Calvin Anthony Preyan (Debbie) and Janice Preyan Rabb; his sisters-in-law, Sylvia Jackson, Janet Williams (Gene) and Mary Lewis Preyan; his uncle Harold Preyan (Lillie Mae); his nieces and nephews, Germaine Monroe Tony (Mandrell), Jorina Preyan Hill (Pierre), Tara Preyan Thomas (Curtis), Chanel Preyan, Jonise Shanks, Jenae Williams, Jermaine Anthony Preyan, Calvin Anthony Preyan II, Stafford Smith III, Christopher Smith and Hardy Gene Williams; and his godchildren, Brandon Spears, JeNae Williams and Marikiya Green Wolf.
