He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Parker and Sam Blakely; his siblings, Rhonda Spillman Hayes, Dwight Parker, Tyrone Parker and Kenneth Parker; and his son Keithion Brown, Sr. (Wayne).
He is survived by: his daughter Shantell J. Scie (Matthew); his brothers, Alfred Parker III (Pam) and Robert Parker (Juanita); his grandchildren, Shanta'Collins (Malcolm Pickett), Kaysia'Brown, Alaylyn Freeman, Kayla Brown, Keithion Brown, Jr. and Kaylon Brown; and his great grandchildren, Kavonni, Kala and Kaliah Pickett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Majestic Mortuary (1833 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70113). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Burial will be private. Due to COVID-19, everyone attending is encouraged to wear masks and adhere to social distancing.
