With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Fruge Kelly of New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Anthony Kelly; and her parents, Clifton Fruge and Melva Fruge. She is survived by: her child Shinette Kelly Stevenson; her siblings, Patrick, Clayton, Richard, Judy Fruge and Juanita Sanders; and her son-in-law Will Stevenson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
