He is survived by: his children, Victor, III (Peggy), Wendy, Michael (Angelique), Sean (Kimberly) and Jason Richard (Rachel); and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Richard, Amos (Barbara) and John "Russel" (Willie Dean). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 10 great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
