He was predeceased by: his sister Charlene Stogsdill. He is survived by: his daughters, Grace M. Arteaga (Jorge), Debbie Ost (Ben), Tonia Ries (Keith) and Alexandra Leach (Mark); his niece Kym Zwonitzer (Dave); his nephew Jim Roth (Sally); his grandchildren, Nina Arteaga, Andy Ost, Tim Carson, Sam Leach, Dante Ost, Kate Leach and Jack Leach; and his great grandchild Felipe Carson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at the Lakeview Cemetery (2501 Seymour Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001).
