He is survived by: his parents, Marie Sykes and John Corell; his wife Laura Ann Lang; his godchildren, O'Kera Smith (Duke), Monique Cain and Jaden Coogins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reggie McNeil, Za'Kya Coogins and Ty'Inga Coogins.
