We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2024, at the age of 11, Sa'Miya Kash'Money Lee McClain of New Orleans, Louisiana, born in Kenner, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfather Edward Johnson, Jr.; and her aunts and uncles, Ron Tate, Donald Murphy, Dashawn Murphy and Jada'h Lee.
She is survived by: her parents, Kelly Lee and Sa'Mel McClain, Sr.; her grandparents, Edith McClain Ellis, Gwendolyn Lee, William Lewis and Kenneth Coleman; her siblings, Joya Phillips, Harmoni Lloyd, Riley Sneed, Laurence Burnett, Jr. and Sa'Mel McClain, Jr.; and her aunts and uncles, Sequan Bibs, Kendricka Proctor, Robin Tate, Steven White, Artez Lamon Noel, Jayquan Bibs, Carl Taylor, Ryan Taylor (Jeanette), Germar Taylor (Keisha), Thomas Lee, LaKeisha Bynum (Sherwin), Erica Hurst, Kendra Coleman and Beriah Stewart. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the Shiloh Christian Fellowship (2441 N Claiborne Ave, New Orleans, LA 70117). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. FACE MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED.
