He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Paul and Florence Paul; his sister Rosemary Paul; and his grandson Randall E. Paul, Jr. (Roy). He is survived by: his wife Emily M. Paul; his sons, Roy E. Paul, Jr. and Randall E. Paul; and his grandchildren, Donte D. Paul, Royce E. Paul, Tatianna Paul and Arianna Paul. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
