It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalind Campbell of New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Willie Campbell; her son Sidabe Kquan Thompson; her grandmother Frances Logan Doxie; her aunt Ernestine Fergerson; her uncle Ernest Doxie, Jr.; her brother-in-law Houston Williams, Jr.; and her cousin Leeland Doxie.
She is survived by: her mother Dolores Mae Thornton; her grandchildren, Trinton Thompson, Tesa Thompson, Terralyn Hill and Adonis Thompson; her sister Cynthia C. Williams; her nieces, Wanakee Eames (Rob) and Ashanta Williams; her great-niece Greisan A. Weatherspoon; her great-nephew Elijah J. Eames; and her aunts, Eloise Doxie Dixon and Ellen Bogues (Milton). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
