He was predeceased by: his wife Henrietta Jourdain; his parents, Felix, Sr. Cordier and Mildred Gorum Cordier; and his siblings, Felix, Jr. (Gloria), Carl Cordier, Sr. (Jezel) and Louise Gaspard.
He is survived by: his children, Maria Jourdain-Waldei (Mikeli) and Emmett Jourdain; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Anna and Miles; and his close friend Elizabeth Herring. He is also survived by pets, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Trinity Catholic Church (4230 S Broad St, New Orleans, LA 70125).
