He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Jackson Cage and Monroe Cage; his wife Audemease Canselo Crockett Cage; and his stepchildren, Stephen Michael Crockett and Stephanie Lynn Crockett Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Martin, Vivian Bonney (Nathaniel), Conway Crockett (Elizabeth), Phyllis Thibodeau (Kevin) and Diana Crockett; and his granddaughter Valeska Crockett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
