He is survived by: his wife Delores Thomas; his children, Robert Jr., Sherry and Kenneth Thomas; his siblings, Lionel Thomas (Mary), Dianne Allen (Edward) and Mary Mays; his siblings-in-law, Lucy LaBeau, Beatrice Thomas, Jerry Henderson, Patricia Washington (Robert), Alvin J. Thomas, Jr., Anthony Thomas and Robert Washington; his grandchildren, Dajanique Curtis, Cody Thomas, Cynthia Thomas and Melody Oliver; and his great grandchild Christin Thomas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (2810 Erato St, New Orleans, LA 70113). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
