He was predeceased by: his mother Cecilia Spellman Bodet; and his siblings, Adrien (Ade), Robert (Bobby), Jean (Jay) and Carolyn Deynoodt (Sissy).

He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle, Elizabeth (Bill), Catherine (Leo) and Sharon (Paul); his grandchildren, Michael Ceraso, Nicole Ceraso, Nathan Boyle, Brianna Boyle Armstrong, Sydney McAvoy, Seth McAvoy, Emily Logan and Erica Logan; and his godson Chris Bodet. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
