He was predeceased by: his son Richard Ferguson Price III; and his parents, Richard Ferguson Price, Sr. and Ida May Gautreau Price. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hurth Price; his children, Ashley Susanna Price, Charles Hurth Price and Skye Price Krogstad (Kenneth); his granddaughters, Susan Rayne Swanson and Summer Rickey Frances Krogstad; and his siblings, John Valmond Price and Linda Price Ellvey.
