He is survived by: his wife Treva Michelle Thornton; his children, Carl Porter and Darrian Wilson; his sister Minister Robin T. Powell; and his daughter-in-law Kisha Porter. He is also survived by six grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
