He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Edward Paulhus and Pauline Lefort Paulhus. He is survived by: his caregiver Betty Ann Meynier Paulhus; his son Michael Edward Paulhus (Marie-Elysse) of Atlanta, Georgia; his caregiver Melanie Ann Brawley (Matthew) of Vancouver, Washington.; his grandchildren, Benz Matthew Brawley, Boston Edward Brawley, Caroline Paulhus and Elizabeth Paulhus; and his brothers, Robert Paulhus (Maria) of Terceira, Azores and Gerald Paulhus (Lucille) of Smithfield. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (3310 Jefferson Hwy, Jefferson, LA 70121). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
