He was predeceased by: his parents, Nettie Ceaser and Otis Kelly, Sr.; and his brothers, Patrick and Dwayne Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Kelly; his children, Lakanya, Ivorionne, Jalisa, Romero, Dwayne and Darrell; his siblings, Romero Ceaser, Craig Kelly, Devetta Kelly, Danita Kelly and Lisa Kelly; and his stepparent Arthurine Kelly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, family and many friends.
