We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2025, at the age of 87, Ora Mae Pichon Marioneaux of New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Marioneaux, Sr.; her parents, Felix Pichon and Ora Pichon; and her siblings, Clara Diaz, Benedict "Felix" Pichon, Theresa Salinas, Ferdinand Pichon, Andrew "Earl" Pichon, Renae Pichon, Alphonse Pichon, Lester Pichon, Verna Bailey, Audry Pichon, Earnest Pichon and Burnell Pichon.
She is survived by: her children, Lona Marioneaux-Ibanitoru, Louis Marioneaux Jr. (Jill), Gerard Marioneaux (Crystal), Yolanda Nunnery (Charles), Keith Marioneaux (Yolanda) and Darren Marioneaux (Angela); her sister Agnes Laurent; her sister-in-law Elouise Pichon; and her grandchildren, Dacia, Whitney Jett, Ashley Brown, Latriece, Gerard Jr., Monique, Keith Jr., Donya and Keinaya Marioneaux. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (6828 Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70126). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
