He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman, Sr. Palmer and Miriam Cyres Palmer; his grandparents, Archie, Rosa O'Connor Cyres, Oliver and Annie Middleton Palmer; his parents-in-law, Alice Nelson Tyler and Solomon Tyler; and his brothers-in-law, Barry Tyler and John Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Jhana Tyler Palmer; his grandchildren, Jameson Palmer Murray, JaKobe and Jalen Palmer; his sister Cheryl V. Palmer; his stepsons, Jerome Fazande (Lucy) of Dublin, IRE and Jeffrey Fazande (Janika); his stepgrandsons, Jacob and Joshua Fazande; his siblings-in-law, Andrea T. Lucas, S. Gregory Tyler and David Tyler; his close friends, Felix Farinas and Waldo Smith; and his pet Sir. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, friends.
