He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Tolliver and Juliette Hall Tolliver; and his brothers, Freddie, John, Kenneth and Norris Tolliver.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Abadie Tolliver; his sons, Timothy (Voneice) and Stephen (Dawn) of Houston, Texas.; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Tolliver of Tracy, CA, Annie Tolliver, Janice, Diane and Suzanne Abadie (Sanders) of New Orleans, LA; his sisters, Janet Tolliver, Deborah Calliham and Idell Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Abadie, Anthony and Phil Abadie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, spiritual children, friends, neighbors and co-workers.
