As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Nancy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Barabino Sr.; and her siblings, Earl Middleton, Florence Paris, Josephine Washington and Harold Henderson.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Barabino McKay, Vernon Barabino (Rosalynn), Deborah Tanner, Janet Barabino Dauphin (Leonard), Joseph Barabino (Gilda), Rodney Barabino and Pamela Barabino Lee (John). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (8321 Burthe St, New Orleans, LA 70118). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
