He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurora Caravella Jones and Waddy Jones. He is survived by: his wife Bridget; his children, Elizabeth and Matthew of Metairie; his siblings, June Salomon (Lavalle), Petra Geerken (Chip) and Christopher Jones; and his caregivers, D. Anderson and Sister Dulce Maria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Ladies Leukemia League of New Orleans or Catholic Charities of New Orleans in Mike's name.
