He is survived by: his spouse Eldralynn Smith-Anderson; his brothers, Bryon Anderson (Mary) and Jeffery Anderson (Belinda); his children, Bria, Kayla Anderson and Elbert Fulgham III (Shonte); his grandchildren, Sage E. Fulgham and Elias L. Fulgham; his godson Malcolm Poree Jr.; and his mother-in-law Juanita Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethany United Methodist Church (4533 Mendez St, New Orleans, LA 70126). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
