She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Nenos of Lavrion and Theodore Mustakas of Greece; her adoptive father Nicholas Constantine Mariakis of Alexandria, Egypt.; her husband John F. Kouloubis; her siblings, George Mustakas, Ernestine Mariakis Ruiz, Helen Mariakis Hagan, John Mariakis, Andrew Mariakis and Gus Mariakis; her grandson John Mailhes; her uncles, Tony and Gus; and her aunt Mildred.
She is survived by: her children, Konstantina "Tina" Kouloubis Mailhes (Kraig), Katherine Kouloubis Williamson (Adrian), Eleni "Helen" Kouloubis Myers (Charles Buff) and Frank John Kouloubis (Darlene Clausing); and her grandchildren, Adrian Williamson IV (Emily), Jonathan Kouloubis Williamson (Emily Ray), Alexander "Alex" Mailhes and Stephen Mailhes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral (1200 Robert E Lee Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70122).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
