She was predeceased by: her husband Tyrone Wallace; her parents, Theodore Roosevelt Lewis and Carol Ann Rhodes Lewis; and her nephew Damian Lewis Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Tynisha Wallace; her brothers, Keith Lewis (Marie) and Gregory; her godchildren, Valeria Arnold, Brad Rhodes and Danielle Horton; her stepsiblings, Iran James (Cynthia), Gary James, Bruce James (Michele), Peggy Ferrouillet (Armand) and Dena Watkins; her aunt Marguerite Duncan; and her nieces and nephews, Jovan Johnson, Jonathan Johnson, Arthur Johnson, Danielle Horton (Kelvin), Gerald Lewis, Kenyatta Lewis, Geneva Lewis, Anthony Lewis (Shelly), Artrell Lundy, Kenya Johnson, Nyah Johnson, Atrell Lundy, Demari Hills and Kymani Horton. She is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Franklin Avenue Baptist Church (8282 I-10 Service Rd, New Orleans, LA 70126). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
