She was predeceased by: her husband Curt Joseph Duet, Jr.; her parents, Lydia Marine Haydel Loeb and Joseph Haydel; her sisters, Isaure Haydel, Blandin Micheaux and Charmaine Haydel Creighton Lloyd; and her daughter Charmaine Duet Rousseve.

She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Mathieu (Darrell), Kim Byrd (Kerwin), Dana Duet, Penny Francis (Todd) and Sandy Duet; and her son-in-law Kenneth Lawrence. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
