She was predeceased by: her husband George Duplessis, Sr.; her son George Duplessis, Jr. (Mary); and her parents, Florence Casey and Adolf Butler. She is survived by: her children, Tyrone Duplessis, Orlando Duplessis (Rosalind), Stanley Duplessis (Sonia), Charlene Dorsey (Charles), Darlene Casey, Kendall Casey (Crenisha) and Randell Duplessis (Samauria); her sister Margie Robinson (Tyrone); and her godmother Ellen Louis Jones. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Victory Christian Center (411 Opeous Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70114). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Victory Christian Center International (411 Opeous Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70114). A burial was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Restlawn Memorial Park (3540 US-90, Avondale, LA 70094).
