She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignatius Romain-Legaux and Cherry Romain-Legaux Sr.; her husband Desmond Joseph Lange Sr.; her sisters, Darnell Legaux Sayas (Anothony) and Cherry Legaux; and her sons, Desmond J. Lange Jr. and Jeffery Lange.
She is survived by: her siblings, Pam Aubert (John), Hope (George) and Ignatius Legaux Jr.; her daughter Ericka Lewis (Michael); her grandsons, Desmond Joseph Lange III, Leonard Singleton and Nathaniel Singleton; her great grandchild Ramir Jackson; her granddaughters, Courtney Gill and Maleah Lambert; and her godchildren, Brandon Moran of Arizona and Alexis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Raymond Catholic Church (2916 Paris Ave, New Orleans, LA 70119). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Raymond and St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (2916 Paris Ave, New Orleans, LA 70119).
