She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Cleveland Jefferson, Sr. and Ethel R. Jefferson; her sister Lesa Hope Jefferson; and her grandparents, Ford R. Ratcliff, Sr., Margie Murray Ratcliff and Edna Hunter Bradford.
She is survived by: her sister Dr. Lenetra L. Jefferson (New Orleans); her aunt Thelma Ratcliff Robinson (Gretna); her stepsiblings, Leroy C. Jefferson, Jr. (Audrey), Gwendolyn Howard and Lerece Jefferson; her pet Drew Marques Jefferson; and her friends, Glenda Marie Veal, Thais Sigur, Marie Confident-Excellent and Erica Timmons. She is also survived by cousins, other extended family.
