She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Magee Sr.; her parents, Louis Hall Nelson Sr. and Josephine Barbarin Nelson; her brother Louis "Cookie" Hall Nelson Jr.; and her great grandchild Leah Shantel Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Benjamin "Benny" Paul Robair, Anthony Bernard Grimaldi, Bernard "Nardy" Magee Jr., Joel Raynard Magee, Tamiko "Tammy" Ann Perry and Brandi Keyana Grimaldi; her sister Dianne Nelson Kelly; and her godchild Willie Albert Perry. She is also survived by Twenty-One grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
