We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2024, at the age of 59, Kenny Johnson (New Orleans, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Johnson and Ruby Robert Johnson; and his nephew Dillon Battiste. He is survived by: his children, Casey Howard (Freddie), Kyle Johnson and Kentrell Johnson; his grandchildren, Fendi, Farren and Fallen Howard; his siblings, Lelia McCullum (Herbert), Herbert Johnson Jr., Marsha Smith (Michael), Deidre Johnson Battiste and Mary Dumas (Mae); his cousins, Lorena Guntner, Charmaine Lewis, Monica Roberts and Damon Henderson; his fiancé Tonette Russell; and his close friend Desmond Davis. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (1414 Teche St, New Orleans, LA 70114). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (1441 Teche St, New Orleans, LA 70114).
