We bid farewell to Kenneth Wayne Burke Sr. in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 25, 2025 at the age of 80. Kenneth Wayne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Burke Sr. and Hollis Mae McIntyre; and his sister Georgia Francis Burke. He is survived by: his children, Julia A. Burke, Kenneth W. Burke Jr. (Rasheena), Courtney Burke Aillet, C. Micajah Burke, Ana Burke McClain (Hakeem) and Jasmine Young; his grandchildren, Ezra Aillet (Maddie), Adeline Aillet, Jacob Aillet, Evangeline Aillet, Bailey Burke, Caleb Aillet, Demi Collier, Luke Aillet, Apollo Anderson and Andre Anderson; and his brothers, Harold Burke, George "Skipper" Burke Jr. (Sherry), John Burke and Rodney McIntyre. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home (100 W Magnolia St, Ponchatoula, LA 70454). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
