He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. DeGruy and Shirley Deloney DeGruy; his son Jon Raymond DeGruy; and his sister Jocelyn Mack. He is survived by: his wife Lydia; his son Justin, Sr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Justin, Jr., Isaiah, Phillip, Jewel, Lillian and Julian Paul; his great grandchild Paris; his sister Angela; his sister-in-law Linda Dusset (Mitchell); his cousin Marvin; and his close friend Farley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations made to the American Cancer Society, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
