The passing of Kay Heard Shushan of New Orleans, Louisiana, born in Ruston, Louisiana leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 27, 2024 at the age of 80. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roby Stephenson and William Heard (Bill); her grandparents, Maude and Jim Heard; her brother Larry Robinson; and her nieces, Haley Higginbotham and Rachelle Domingue.
She is survived by: her husband HJ Buddy Shushan; her siblings, Paula Heard Higginbotham, Debbie Heard Sittig, Fredy Robinson and Steven Robinson; her daughters, Stacy and Sheryl; her granddaughters, Anna and Leah Davis; and her godchildren, David Phillips and Madison Sittig Mitchell.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Kay and Buddy's Home (5231 St Charles Ave, New Orleans, LA 70115).
