As Jules Cesaire departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jules Cesaire may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jules Cesaire leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jules C. Sancho, Sr. and Neris Dufilho Sancho; and his brother Marc Sancho. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Cecilia Deckelmann Sancho; and his children, Donna S. Bentel (Joey), Michael Sancho (Charmel), David Sancho, Steven Sancho (Anna) and Ronald Sancho (Cheryl). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church (146 4th St, Westwego, LA 70094). A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Veterans Cemetery (34888 Grantham College Rd, Slidell, LA 70460).
