He is survived by: his wife Regina Guenther Clark; his children, Norma, JoEllen, Matthew Clark and Jennifer Zouitni (Khalyl); his grandsons, Ryan Zouitni and Adam Zouitni; and his siblings, Mary Pat Clark and John Henry Clark. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
