He is survived by: his children, Savannah Brookin, Skyy Brookin, Kyleigh Brookin, J'ream Brookin, Kennedi Alexander, Jonathan Brookin, Jr. and Shannon Smith; his parents, Marzettet "Doc" Brookin and Karen Yarls Brookin; his siblings, Kala Brookin, Jana Brookin, Marzettet "Nicky" Brookin and Thaddeus Brookin; his aunts and uncles, Patrice Yarls, Byron Yarls and Tommie Lee Yarls, Jr.; his cousin Janee'Yarls; and the mothers of children, Ashley Walker, Jasmine Fobb and Jowanna Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
