He is survived by: his cousin Frank Freelow; his sisters, Lorraine F. Payne and Kimberly Williams; his sister-in-law Cheryl Payne; and his nephews, Anthony Payne, Leroy Jr., Nathan, Ernest Brown and Timothy Williams Jr.. He is also survived by great- nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
