Davis; his children, Kim Livingston (Charles Jr.) and Terrence Davis (Katie); his close friend Lisa Smith; his grandchildren, Taylor M. Allen and Kennedy T. Davis; his siblings, Eric Jupiter (Lenette) of Houston, TX, Robert Davis, Jr. (Shirldene) of Greensboro, NC and Johnetter Hall; his nephews, Derek Batiste, Michael Hall (Jonique), Darin Carter (Mallory) and Robert III Davis (Ilyasah); his niece Shirlene Parker; his siblings-in-law, Carol H. Carter, Mary H. Carter (Nathan), Andrew J. Hogan (Barbara) and Calvin L. Hogan (Sheila); and his goddaughter Terrolyn P. Carter. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
